















































The members of the Corporation shall be composed of juridical persons or
unincorporated associations that may be admitted from time to time by the Board of Trustees .
In the case of unincorporated associations, the Board of Trustees shall prescribe such minimum”
qualifications as may be necessary or appropriate to ensure good governance and sustainability.

Open to associations that actively conduct regular basketball tournaments for at least two (2)
consecutive, uninterrupted years and in each of which years, the duration of the tournament is at least
three (3) months and there are at least six (6) ball clubs or teams participating per tournament.
(INTERNAL NOTE : BASED ON CURRENT CONSTITUTION)
Only the authorized representatives of Active Members in good standing shall be entitled to vote and
be voted upon in any meeting of members, trustees and committees of the Board of the Corporation
(1) To advance the Corporation’s vision, mission and goals;
(2) To implement the programs and projects of the Corporation within their teams, associations and sectors;
(3) To make available their best players, coaches, trainers and other team officials that may be c hosen to represent the country in international tournaments on such terms and conditions consistent with the principles set out in Article XIII and as may be reasonably agreed with the Board of Trustees;
(4) To attend and actively participate in meetings and activities of the Corporation;
(5) To pay dues and assessments as may be prescribed from time to time by the National Congress;
(6) To receive regular publications and bulletins as may be published by the Corporation and be informed on all organization meetings, plans, programs, activities, finances and the use of the Corporation’s funds and properties; and
(7) To the extent applicable, observe at all times the FIBA General Statutes and International Regulations and those of the respective FIBA Asia Zones.
Open to sports associations that conduct programs in or allied to
basketball as a competitive sport but do not qualify for active membership.

Open to organization that promote basketball in their activities
The Associate and Affiliate members of the Corporation shall have the following rights and duties:
(1) To advance the Corporation’s vision, mission and goals;
(2) To implement the programs and projects of the Corporation within their teams, associations and sectors;
(3) To make available their best players, coaches, trainers and other team officials that may be chosen to represent the country in international tourna ments on such terms and conditions consistent with the principles set out in Article V I and as may be reasonably agreed with the Board of Trustees;
(4) To be informed from time to time on the plans, programs and activities of the Corporation;
(5) To attend meetings of the National Congress as observers when invited by the Board of Trustees as it may deem appropriate.
(6) To pay dues and assessments as may be prescribed from time to time by the National Congress; and
(7) To the extent applicable, observe at all times the FIBA General Statutes and International Regulations and those of the respective Associate and Affiliate members shall have no voting rights.
